"EcoExcel takes the guesswork out of tax credit qualification for both the 400 and 100 series windows and patio doors. But the credit is not limited to these series," states Gene Dolan. "You have to make sure the products you purchase meet the minimum standards including a U-Factor that is equal to or below 0.30 and the Solar Heat Gain Coefficient must be 0.30 or lower."
